Yes BUT, it's not as bad as the first one. it has it but it is very forgiving, you can do every conceivable thing in the game in one run without really any worry. Technically, through Cheat Engine stuff, it is possible to remove the time limit (PC only).
The premise is that Frank must cure himself of the zombie virus before it takes hold, though who knows, there might be scope for a few rounds of zombie mini-golf along the way. Dead Rising 4

They would need to unlock the 30 fps but since the group that handled the DR series has been laid off, this won't ever happen. I'm unable to find anything on any of the Xbox pages showing that it would run in 120 FPS, so I believe that it would be 60 FPS. Can confirm DR3 is 30 FPS on the X. The game is awash with minor bugs and glitches - from zombies appearing inside objects to missing audio during a couple of cutscenes. It's tolerable for the most part - this is an incredibly messy
Price: $7. Dead Rising 4 has thousands of zombies to kill, with an omnipresent Christmas theme that’s bizarre, unifying and, strangely, soothing. Right now, as we all wind our way toward the end
The game is still very fun to play and it very much dead rising but if you are one of the fans of this boards that complain about the timer being gone or the game being to easy and complain about co op campaign (which ironically makes the game easy) then you will probably hate this.
The original Dead Rising (Haven't played since) hid their true ending behind Overtime mode (which required certain actions to unlock mid-game). Overtime was part of the base game. 'fraid not buddy. Completed it yesterday for review purposes and to say the ending feels incomplete is a little bit of an understatement.
