For this one task the only thing I've found that work - and it's only "sort of" kind working - is the Scan window in Apple's own WiFi Diagnostic. Just run repeated scans and you'll eventually see all of the hidden networks show up. Probably not all on one scan, but with just a few iterations you'll be able to build up a list.
Hidden wi-fi networks are those which don't 'broadcast' their name. When you search for networks you will usually see a number of your neighbours' networks, but any which are hiding the name - which may include yours - don't show. However you can use the option to enter the name and password manually. There is no difference otherwise in the E2pefz.
